Loan is responsible for the overall growth of INCA's business, a data driven content solution marketing team providing end-to-end influencer solution.

He spent 10 years in Vietnam and accumulated more than 9 years of experience in orchestrating & optimizing several full-fledged projects. His expertise ranges from implementing innovative digital transformation initiatives to designing omnichannel communication directions and full funnel solution.

Prior to joining GroupM - INCA, he previously held a senior position Hakuhodo, he was responsible for establishing and growing the group's digital capability from the ground up. This has resulted in a positive impact & improvement of the company's assets, transforming the company's digital and integrated services to grow its business, for major brands such as Ajinomoto, Mitsubishi, Kao, Toyota and Budweiser, among others.
